Refund policy

Feu the Label offers returns within 14 days from delivery date. Refund or store credit is available for any full priced item (Afterpay payments are not eligible for refund). Sale item or orders purchased with Afterpay, Zip or with any promotional discounts and codes 15% and over are only eligible for a store credit.

Please note the following conditions apply to any return (refund, Store credit or faulty item):

  • Items must be returned within 14 days.
  • RA number must be requested before returning the item.
  • All items must be in its original unused condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.
  • Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept any items that have makeup/fake tan stains and/or smell of perfume.

How to make a return:

To make a return, please email us at info@feuthelabel.com to request an RA (return authorization) number. Please include your name, order number, items you’d like to return and refund or credit note choice in the email. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours and provide return authorization and shipping instructions. We do not cover the cost of returns, any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Refunds:

Please allow up to 7 working days upon us receiving your parcel to complete the process of your return. Please note that we can't process refunds more than fourteen (14) days after the delivery date.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

 

Credit notes:

Credit notes are valid up to 12 months from the issue date. If you’d like an extension, please email us at info@feuthelabel.com and we may be able to provide an extension.

 

Faulty item:

If you have received a product with a fault, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. This way we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for assessment.

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.

It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with care for instructions.
